VIPRE and FuseMail are teaming up to become one dynamic brand to better assist you combat the dangers of cybersecurity threats.


Why did FuseMail change its name to VIPRE?

FuseMail has evolved greatly since its inception and, with the recent addition of VIPRE's products to the portfolio, they can now deliver the most innovative and effective cybersecurity package on the market. This will address the needs of businesses and solution provider partners worldwide.

Due to VIPRE's strong brand recognition, they have decided to merge both companies and operate under one brand, VIPRE Security. This will better reflect the broad security portfolio being offered. With the combination of FuseMail's leading email security and web filtering services, VIPRE will further strengthen its product range and deliver even better protection from costly and malicious cyber threats.

Will this impact my product and services? 

No. VIPRE will continue to provide the same services you have come to rely upon even though some of the names have changed. As with any product portfolio though, solutions may innovate and change in the future.

Will I notice any changes?

The only changes that will be noticed are the rebranding of all FuseMail logos and language to VIPRE-specific logos and language.

Is there anything that I need to do as a result of this change?

No. This change is strictly in name alone. The product and MX records for current users will remain the same.

Will my invoice change?

There should be no changes to your invoice in terms of prices. The only thing that should be changing are the product names.

Will my portal access change? Will the existing login URL redirect to the new portal?

There will be a new login in URL, but the old URLs will automatically redirect to the new ones if you utilize portal.fusemail.com currently.

Why are we still seeing the old logo or old name in certain places?

This will be a gradual transition and will take time. Please be patient as all portions of FuseMail branding are removed and replaced with the VIPRE branding.

How do you pronounce VIPRE?
